Built on a Monday morning, in a real practice.
Aesthetic medicine moves fast. A new injector joins, a license expires, a handbook needs signing; all in the same week.
For years, practices managed this chaos the same way: a spreadsheet here, a shared drive there, a DM to the office manager when a credential lapsed. It worked – until it didn't. Missed renewals put patients at risk. Missing signatures put the practice at risk. And the people doing the hiring spent more time chasing paperwork than supporting their teams.
GloShift was built inside an aesthetic practice, by people who lived this every Monday morning. We didn't want another generic HR tool; we wanted something that understood that a nurse practitioner, a medical assistant, and a front desk coordinator all onboard differently, but all need the same clean, signed, and stored record at the end of the day.
So we reimagined the hiring file as a living card: credentials, compliance, procedures, and signatures all in one place. We separated the sensitive tax and eligibility forms from the profile. And we gave clinicians their own quiet portal to upload, sign, and stay current without the back-and-forth.
The result isn't just less paperwork. It's a practice that runs with confidence – and a team that feels looked after from the first interview to the first patient.
